The General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to inspiring leadership, service, and patriotism through the legacy of General Tommy Franks, retired four-star General of the United States Army and former Commander of U.S. Central Command.

Located in Hobart, Oklahoma, the Institute and Museum preserve and share General Franks’ personal collection of military memorabilia, cultural artifacts, and historical documents from around the world. Exhibits highlight pivotal moments in modern military history, including the events of 9/11, Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and the global fight against terrorism, while also exploring broader themes of international relations, diplomacy, and leadership.

Beyond its museum exhibits, the Institute engages students, educators, and communities through leadership programs, educational initiatives, traveling exhibits, and events designed to cultivate character, integrity, and civic responsibility. By connecting history with contemporary leadership lessons, the Institute and Museum serve as a living classroom that empowers individuals to lead with courage and purpose.
