Location: Yo Chef SmokeHouse, 2201 4th Pl W, Birmingham, AL
Winners will be selected randomly during a Facebook & Instagram Live drawing.
Winners do not need to be present.
1. Notification:
Winners will be contacted via the phone number and email provided during ticket purchase.
2. Taxes & Fees:
Winners are responsible for any taxes, registration, and insurance related to the vehicles.
3. All Sales Final:
No refunds will be issued after ticket purchase. Must be 18 to enter.
4. Disqualification:
Yo Chef reserves the right to cancel in entry that violates the rules.
5. Acceptance of Rules:
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to all raffle rules and decisions.
6. Minimum Ticket Sales Disclaimer:
If minimum ticket sales are not met, the total proceeds collected will be divided equally among the Three Ticket Winners and the non profit “The Child Who Found His Way” instead of awarding the vehicles.
