Why does the 50/50 raffle concept have to be limited to baseball games?
Help a neighbor who is experiencing rugged individualism in this BRUTAL Chicago winter. Don’t gamble where your wealth is directly transferred to a billionaire, buy a raffle ticket where 50% to the winner and 50% of the pot to a neighbor experiencing homelessness
