San Jacinto County is proud to announce a special raffle benefiting the construction of San Jacinto Memorial Park, a place that will honor the service and sacrifice of our local heroes for generations to come.

This raffle features a never-fired DPMS rifle, generously donated by Ms. “Dee Dee” Bailey in memory of her late husband, Deputy Constable Neil Adams, who was tragically killed in the line of duty. This rifle was his personal firearm and remains in pristine condition — a meaningful piece of history offered in support of a lasting tribute.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, you are doing more than entering for a chance to win a quality firearm — you are helping build a memorial that will stand as a symbol of honor, remembrance, and community pride. Every ticket sold directly supports the development of San Jacinto Memorial Park and helps ensure that Deputy Adams’ sacrifice, along with others who have served, is never forgotten.

We encourage you to support this important cause. Buy a ticket, share the opportunity with others, and help us make this memorial a reality.

Must be 21 years old to participate in the raffle and transfer of the rifle must be in accordance with FFL guidelines.

Together, we can turn remembrance into something permanent.
