Our mission is to bring hope, love, and care to their lives. During our visit, we will:
Teach courses on hygiene, self-care, and help studies;
Listen to the children's stories and understand their needs;
•Serve as translators (I will be one of the translators from English, since there is a shortage
of people for this role); feeding more than 500 people from the community
around the orphanage;
Follow up on the children's development over this past year;
- Continue to complete a new home, which will welcome 15 more children;
- Distribute 200 food baskets to the poorest families in the camp, with this message:
"The world may have forgotten you, but God has remembered you. This food basket is from Him, for you."
My heart's desire is to not only spend time with these children but also to help meet some of their practical needs during the holiday season. With your partnership, I can bring supplies, gifts, and encouragement that will make this trip unforgettable for them and me. It has been a life-long dream of mine to go and serve in this way, and what an incredible opportunity I now have, with your partnership, for the Lord's glory.
