CASA of Tulare County transforms the lives of abused, abandoned and neglected children by providing them with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs)—dedicated volunteers who serve as consistent, trusted voices for children navigating the foster care system. CASAs advocate for a child’s safety, stability, and well-being, helping guide them toward a more hopeful future.

Each year, approximately 1,000 children are in foster care in Tulare County, yet CASA is currently able to serve only a portion of them through the support of trained volunteers and staff. Our goal is to raise the necessary funds to recruit, screen, train and support additional advocates so that every child in foster care has the voice they deserve. We hope you will partner with us in helping achieve this critical goal.

Proceeds from the Once Upon a Dream Gala account for nearly one-third of CASA’s annual operating budget, making this event essential to sustaining our programs and services. Your support directly funds volunteer training, advocacy efforts, and the resources needed to ensure each child’s best interests are represented—both in court and beyond.
