Year of Free Rent Giveaway

1. Eligibility
The Year of Free Rent Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on May 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and is scheduled to run for forty-five (45) days.
Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Giveaway one (1) additional time for promotional, operational, or marketing purposes if deemed necessary.
3. How to Enter
Paid Entry Method
Eligible participants may purchase entries through the official giveaway platform and approved promotional channels.
Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3”x5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than ten (10) days prior to the official Giveaway end date and received no later than five (5) business days before the final drawing date.
Limit one (1) free entry per envelope. Duplicate, copied, automated, automated-assisted, copied, bulk-mailed, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
4. Prize Description
One (1) verified winner will receive ONE of the following prize options:
OPTION 1 — RNT Enterprises Housing Prize
Winner may choose to move into a qualified RNT Enterprises rental property and receive up to twelve (12) months of free rent at a value equivalent of up to $1,100 per month.
Winner must:
- qualify for tenancy under standard rental screening requirements,
- sign a twelve (12) month lease agreement,
- comply with all lease terms and property rules.
The promotional prize covers base monthly rent only. Utilities and other living expenses including, but not limited to, electricity, gas, water, internet, cable, renter’s insurance, and any other applicable household services or fees are not included and must be transferred into and maintained in the winner’s name where applicable.
At the conclusion of the promotional lease period, tenant becomes fully responsible for ongoing rent and lease obligations.
Housing availability, property selection, and move-in timing are subject to availability and approval by RNT Enterprises.
OPTION 2 — Rent Assistance Prize
Winner may alternatively choose rent assistance payments equivalent to $950 per month for up to twelve (12) months.
Payments will:
- be applied directly toward the winner’s verified rent ledger,
- be paid directly to the landlord or property management company when possible,
- only apply to an active residential lease agreement.
Total prize value may not exceed twelve (12) monthly payments.
Cash payments will not be issued directly to the winner.
5. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted after the conclusion of the Giveaway period.
Winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or fails to complete verification requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Verification & Eligibility
Sponsor reserves the right to verify:
- identity,
- residency,
- lease information,
- landlord information,
- income or housing status where applicable,
- and general eligibility before awarding any prize.
False information or fraudulent entries may result in immediate disqualification.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, image, city, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, legal concerns, or other circumstances impact the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
Sponsor decisions regarding all matters related to the Giveaway are final.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kairos Entertainment, RNT Enterprises, affiliated sponsors, partners, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. Winner Information
To request the name of the winner after the Giveaway concludes, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
