Our Story!
We’re proud to be another successful internet love story—proof that sometimes, the stars really do align. It all started with a swipe, a match, and a surprising discovery: we lived over an hour apart! At the time, Morgan was in Barrie and Katie was in Oakville. But fate had a plan. Thanks to the Barrie Colts’ travel schedule and the Moreau family's roots in Midland, the distance didn’t stand a chance.
Our first date was unforgettable—not just because it marked the beginning of something special, but because Morgan showed up ten minutes late. That was the first and last time Katie ever had to wait for Morgan.
Our love story started one cozy evening at The North Coal in Burlington. Over great food and heartfelt conversation, we lost all track of time - it felt like the rest of the world faded away, leaving just the two of us in our own little bubble.
When we finally looked up from our table, we saw the restaurant had long since closed. The only people left were the staff, unwinding with their after-shift drinks. We had unknowingly closed the place down! That night marked the beginning of something special. From that moment on, we simply couldn’t get enough of each other
