Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I run out of entrants?

No problem! When you run out of entrants, your raffle page will still be available and viewable, but the entry form will be removed. You'll receive a notification email when your raffle is close to running out of entrants, and when it is entirely out of entrants. You can then upgrade to a package with more entrants.

Are there any processing fees?

To accept credit cards — online or off — you need a card processor. Stripe has the lowest rates around, with the best security.

Stripe, the credit card processor, takes 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on your page.

So if someone bought 5 tickets for $10, Stripe would take $0.59. Most other sites add their own 5% cut — we don't.

Try our free stripe fee calculator to estimate.

No Per Entrant Fees or Processing Markups

Other sites charge you $1 for everyone who enters, or take 8% of your collected funds.

We don't believe in that. Pick a package, launch your raffle, and raise as much as possible
